The Expressive Arts Program, then referred to as The Peaceable Puppets Program, was first described in the Fall 1987 version of The Pacific Main Solar as “an enticing studying experiment which focuses on developing children’s negotiating, storytelling and downside solving expertise.” Studying this again, twenty 5 years after it is conception, I’m reminded of the numerous changes the program has experienced whereas retaining true to it is core values: peace schooling for younger kids. Graduates will possess varied communications abilities which can be required for skilled success and useful for personal wellbeing. Our communication program prepares future journalists, battle practitioners, public-relations and advertising specialists and those whose communication-related professions have yet to even emerge.
